JAKARTA - Member of Commission III DPR RI PKS faction, Habib Aboe Bakar Al-Habsy, said that his party would form a fact-finding team related to the death of six FPI Special Forces guarding Rizieq Shihab on km 50 of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.

"The fact-finding team is to seek justice. But the team will be formed based on an agreement at the DPR Commission III," said Habib Aboe Bakar Al-Habsy, who was met after a recess visit meeting at the NTB High Court, Mataram, as reported by Antara, Monday, December 14.

Apart from the plan to form a team, Commission III of the DPR will summon all of its partners. They will hear explanations from partners' perspectives including from the National Human Rights Commission and the Indonesian Police.

In terms of authority, he said, Commission III of the DPR could summon all working partners to discuss the issue. "Later, from the results of the discussions with all the partners, we will see whether we can run to the committee (working committee) or TGPF (joint fact-finding team) or others," he said.

However, he saw that the plan still clashed with DPR activities during the recess period. "But I believe and believe the truth will come after a good investigation and investigation," he said.

On Thursday, December 10, Commission III of the DPR received the arrival of the family of FPI members who died. During the meeting, the families conveyed a number of irregularities regarding the news about the cause of the death of the six FPI members.

Commission III of the DPR was asked to guard this case until it uncovers the essential truth. Apart from requests from the family, support from various parties also came to Commission III of the DPR to form a fact-finding team.
