BANDUNG - The Education Office (Disdik) of Bandung City, West Java, said that students who bullied at Baiturrahman Junior High School still had to get an education. The Head of the Bandung City Education Office, Hikmat Ginanjar, said that the sustainability status of the perpetrators of bullying at the school was the authority of the school. However, he stressed that children must continue to learn lessons using any method. "As for the technique, yes, it's still a necessity, don't let children not learn," said Hikmat in Bandung, Antara, Monday, November 21. The alleged bullying that occurred last Friday was recorded in a 21-second video spread on social media that drew criticism from netizens. In the video, the victim is seen sitting in his classroom chair and forced to wear a helmet while surrounded by his classmates. Then one of the perpetrators kicked the victim's head several times who was wearing a helmet until the victim fell to the floor.
