The Perpetrators Of The Cat Aniaya In Kayumanis III Were Not Detained By The Police, This Is The Reason.

Investigators from the Matraman Police said the cat molester with the initials DS (47) was still a witness. The perpetrator is also still being investigated even though no detention has been carried out.

"Engga ditahan, ancamannya di bawah 5 tahun," kata Kapolsek Matraman Kompol Tribuana Roseno saat dikonfirmasi VOI, Selasa, 8 November.

Kompol Tribuana menjelaskan, jika ancaman pidana di bawah 5 tahun maka seseorang hanya dapat wajib laporan tanpa proses penahanan.

"If the threat is under 5 years old, he is not detained, so he is obliged to report it but the process is still ongoing," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the legal process for the perpetrators, the police chief explained that it was dependent on the reporting party. If the reporter is still continuing his report, the legal process will continue.

"If the reporter does not withdraw the report, then continue. The reporter has a cat (petrator). The status of the perpetrator is still a witness," said Kompol Tribuana.

Previously, it was reported that a cat was abused using a large lump of rock by residents to death. The incident was carried out by irresponsible people on Jalan Kayumanis 3, Matraman District, East Jakarta, East Jakarta.

The heinous act was also recorded by amateur cameras by other residents and went viral on social media. From the amateur video footage of the residents, a cat was lying dead and covered in blood.

An eye witness to the incident, Intan Meutia, said that at first she and her husband passed by the scene. He saw a middle-aged man holding a stone from inside the house.
