SURABAYA - Candidate for mayor of Surabaya serial number 1, Eri Cahyadi and his wife, Rini exercised their voting rights at TPS 25, Balai RW IX Ketintang Selatan Surabaya. The former Head of the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) is sure to win the Surabaya Pilkada.
