TANGERANG - Police have arrested three students suspected of fighting on Jalan KH. Dewantoro, Cipondoh, Tangerang City. One of the three arrested was 13 years old.

The students who were arrested by EAA (13), AMF (18) and PAR (17). They were suspected of being involved in a brawl on Sunday, October 9, at 03.00 WIB.

The Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugrohon, explained that the incident began when patrol officers in the Cipondoh area. Then his party found a number of teenagers who were going to have a brawl.

"Members immediately pursued the perpetrators of the brawl, then managed to secure three people," said Zain in a statement Sunday, October 9.

Police found evidence of two sharp weapons used in the form of long sickles and medium-sized sickles.

"The perpetrator and the evidence were immediately taken to the Cipondoh Police for further processing," he said.

Based on the information from the perpetrators, information was received that they deliberately carried out a brawl with the previous appointment through social media accounts.

"The perpetrators' actions in violating Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Emergency Law No. 12 of 1951 Emergency No. 12 of 1951 can be sentenced to a maximum of 10 years in prison," concluded Zain.
