JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office received the delegation of seven suspects from the investigation into the murder of Brigadier J (obstuction of justice) from the Directorate of Cyber Crime (Dittipidsiber) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Thursday.

Ketut said that the seven suspects were involved in any alleged criminal act of committing any actions that resulted in disrupting the electronic system and/or resulting in electronic systems not working properly and/or in any way changing, adding, reducing, transmitting, damaging, eliminating, transferring, hiding electronic information and/or Electronic Documents belonging to other people or public property and/or obstructing, eliminating electronic evidence as referred to in Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 221 paragraph (1) 2 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.

"Furthermore, the case file will be examined by the research prosecutor (P-16) who is appointed within 14 days to determine whether the case file can be declared complete or not formally or materially," said Ketut.
