Sexual Harassment Perpetrator In Setiabudi South Jakarta Was An Ojol Driver, Returned By Police Because The Victim Had Not Reported It

JAKARTA - The police have returned the man suspected of committing immorality because the victim had never reported the case he experienced during a fire on Minangkabau Street in RT 008/RW14, Menteng Atas, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

"We will process it later if the victim reports it. We want to discuss or what will happen later," said the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Setiabudi Police, Kompol Suparmin in Jakarta, Tuesday, September 6.

Suparmin said the perpetrator with the initials 32-year-old HH had been sent home this Tuesday and the police had called the perpetrator's family to convey what he had done.

Even though it has been allowed to go home, HH is still required to make a statement and must report it to the police twice a week.

Meanwhile, it is known that HH is an online motorcycle taxi driver (Ojol) who lives in the Kalibata area.

When asked about the alleged immorality, HH admitted that he only poked a 20-year-old victim KWL, and this was the first time he had done this.

"His confession is that he doesn't touch it, he just looks at it," said Suparmin.

According to Suparmin, since the incident on Sunday, September 4 last night around 21.00 WIB, until now the victim has not reported the case to the police.
