TERNATE - The Makasar High State Administrative Court (PTUN) has rejected the claim of a former policewoman from the North Maluku Police with the initials R alias Raniandini Yasa, the plaintiff of the North Maluku Police Chief, Inspector General Risyapudin Nursin because he did not accept being fired.

Implementation of an appeal hearing at the Makasar High Administrative Court for the appeal of the applicant Raniandini Yasa to the Ambon Administrative Court decision number 38 /G/2021/PTUN.ABN dated 21 April 2022 including the Ambon Administrative Court decision number 38/G/2021/ABN PTUN dated 21 April 2022 with a decision rejected the applicant's claim in its entirety.

In the Ambon Administrative Court decision on April 25, 2022, the applicant through his proxy Fahri Bachmi, filed an appeal to the Makassar High Administrative Court through the Ambon Administrative Court, and the respondent in this case the North Maluku Police Chief through his proxy Yudi Rumantoro and his team on May 1, 2022, filed or submitted a counter memorandum of appeal to the Administrative Court Makassar High.

From there, a panel of judges was formed for the Makasar High Administrative Court to hear the case. Then on July 27, 2022, the trial of the decision of the High Court of Makassar on the appeal of the Ambon Administrative Court decision no. 38/G/2021/PTUN. ABN on April 21, 2022.

With the decision of the panel of judges of the Makassar High Administrative Court no. 94/13/2022/PT.TUN MKS dated 27 July 2022 with the following ruling rejecting the applicant's claim to strengthen the Ambon Administrative Court decision Number 38/G/2021/PTUN.ABN dated April 21, 2022.

"His appeal in the Administrative Court of the Makassar High Court was also rejected", said Yudi.

The North Maluku Regional Police stated that they were ready if the plaintiff Rani wanted to file an appeal.
