House In Lodan Jakut Raided, Police Secure One Bandar With 30 Packages Of Shabu Ready For Distribution

JAKARTA - A drug dealer with the initials HI (46) did not move when he was arrested by members of the Tamansari Metro Police Buser in a rented room, Jalan Raya Lodan, Pademangan, North Jakarta.

From the arrest, police officers confiscated 30 packages of methamphetamine ready for distribution.

The Head of the Taman Sari Metro Police, AKBP Rohman Yonky Dilatha, said that the arrest began with information from the public that there was a drug dealer in West Jakarta.

"During the investigation, the perpetrator moved to a rented house in the Lodan Pademangan area, North Jakarta", said AKBP Rohman Yonky Dilatha to reporters, Tuesday, August 9.

According to AKBP Rohman, based on this information, the Criminal Investigation Team visited a rented house on Jalan Raya Lodan, North Jakarta.

"In the rented room, officers managed to secure as many as 30 packages of methamphetamine-type narcotics ready to be circulated with a gross weight of 22.70 grams", he said.

The officers also confiscated 1 cell phone, 3 spoons from straws, 4 plastic bags containing small plastic clips, 1 digital scale, 3 million rupiahs in cash, and 1 orange bag for storing methamphetamine.

From HI's confession, he got drugs from someone with the initials AG.

"The perpetrator of HI (46) received 20 grams of methamphetamine and currently (AG) is being chased by officers", he said.

In addition, the perpetrator of IR (46) admitted to officers selling narcotics one year ago.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 114 paragraph 2 sub-article 112 paragraph 2 of UURI No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics.
