Komnas HAM Still Collecting Fragments Of The Story Of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo

JAKARTA - Komnas HAM revealed new evidence related to the death of Brigadier Nopryansah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J after summoning household assistants (ART) and aides (ADC). Komnas HAM commissioner Choirul Anam said Inspector General of Police Ferdy Sambo did not join the entourage of his wife and aides on the trip from Magelang back to Jakarta. The former Head of the Propam Division, returned to Jakarta by plane or by air travel, as said by the Chairman of Komnas HAM, Ahmad Taufan Damanik.

"What Mr. Taufan (Ferdy Sambo boarded the plane) said is true," Anam told reporters, Tuesday, August 2.

Anam explained, until now Komnas HAM is still juxtaposing information from witnesses that has been collected until it is proven to be true.

According to Anam, stories from witnesses who were questioned in the last few days have started to show positive results. He said that information on Ferdy Sambo's return was one that was investigated.

"That's what we've been checking for the past few days, can we match it or not? (We) have a match," he said.

Previously, Komnas HAM had examined one aide or aid-de-camp (ADC) and household assistant (ART) Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Monday, August 1. One of the people being questioned is Sambo's aide at the official residence, Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta. The investigation relates to the shooting incident of Brigadier J.

Komnas HAM commissioner, Choirul Anam, said that during the investigation his party explored the relationship between the ADCs and Ferdy and his wife.

"We are exploring the relationship between ADC and ADC, ADC and Pak Sambo and Bu Putri. The information is getting richer," said Anam.

Anam also claimed that his party had obtained a new document that could strengthen the structure of the story and the timing of the case. This document, he said, would later be examined and verified further with information and other documents.

"This document strengthens various time constraints, so we will tell you from the beginning what happened on that date, at that hour, and so on, and we also show that with one document, so it's not only a statement but also a document," he explained. .
