ACT Examination Continues, Ahyudin Sixth Times And Ibnu Khjar Fifth Times

JAKARTA - The National Police's Criminal Investigation Unit (Bareskrim) has again continued to investigate Ahyudin and Ibnu Khajar as officials of the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) charity foundation. They are scheduled to provide information regarding the alleged misappropriation of funds today.

"Brother Ahyudin is scheduled to be questioned at 13.00 western Indonesia time and Ibnu Khajar at 14.00 western Indonesia time," said Head of Sub-Directorate 4 of the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police's Criminal Investigation Unit, Grand Commissioner Andri Sudarmaji, when confirmed, July 15.

Meanwhile, for Ibn Khajar it was the fifth time. Because, yesterday he had asked for a rescheduling due to fatigue.

Then, Novariadi Imam Akbari who is the secretary of ACT for the period 2009 to 2019 who is also the current chairman of ACT's supervisory board. Then, Syahru Ariansyah as director of PT Hydro Perdana Retailindo.

"The company is suspected to be affiliated with ACT," said Andri.

The National Police Criminal Investigation Unit is currently investigating allegations of misappropriation of funds by ACT Foundation management. The fraud occurred during the distribution of aid to the heirs of the victims of the Lion Air JT-610 plane crash that occurred in 2018.

The alleged deviation was said to have been made by former ACT President Ahyudin and ACT President Ibnu Khajar. They are suspected of using aid funds for personal gain.

The status of the handling of this case has been upgraded from investigation to investigation. That way, sooner or later a suspect will be identified.
