JAKARTA - The examination of the former president of the charity foundation Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Ahyudin and Ibu Khajar in the alleged misappropriation of funds has not yet been completed. This is because the two of them are scheduled to give information again on Thursday, July 14.

"The examination will be conducted on Thursday, July 14, for Ahyudin at 13.00 western Indonesia time, and Ibnu Khajar at 14.00 western Indonesia time," said Head of Sub-Directorate 4 of the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Grand Commissioner Andri Sudarmaji, when confirmed, Wednesday, July 13.

With this scheduling, it means that they will undergo five examinations in a row.

However, in the later examination, there will be other parties who will also be questioned. The witness is an ACT administrator.

For information, the alleged misappropriation of funds by ACT Foundation management occurred during the distribution of aid to the heirs of the victims of the Lion Air JT-610 plane crash that occurred in 2018.

The alleged deviation was said to have been made by former ACT President Ahyudin and ACT President Ibnu Khajar. They are suspected of using aid funds for personal gain.

In fact, the status of the handling of this case has been upgraded to investigation. That way, sooner or later a suspect will be identified.
