Children Of Bali Regional House of Representatives Members Arrested By Police For Drugs

DENPASAR - The Bali Police arrested the son of a member of the Bali DPRD who is suspected of being a narcotics dealer with the initials IWKK. The son of a Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) member was arrested on Sunday, July 10 yesterday in the Denpasar area, Bali.

The Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Commissioner Satake Bayu, confirmed the arrest. The perpetrator was detained at the Bali Police Headquarters.

"Yes, yesterday he was arrested at his home and now he is still under investigation", said Commissioner Bayu when met at the Bali Police Headquarters, Monday, July 11.

The arrest of the perpetrator started from public information. But the Bali Police have not detailed the evidence and the case.

"(For evidence) later we will convey what the follow-up is on the catch and then how much", he added.

Commissioner Satake Bayu said the perpetrator had not been named a suspect. Currently, the perpetrator is still under investigation.

"We'll tell the progress later", he said.

Meanwhile, from the information gathered by the perpetrators, it is suspected that he was distributing marijuana. During the search, it was suspected that there was evidence of marijuana weighing 200 grams.
