Eril's Body Arrives This Afternoon, Ridwan Kamil's Official House Is Flooded With Bouquets Of Flowers From Officials To Politicians

JAKARTA - Rows of wreaths decorated the residence of the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil.

The wreath was placed in front of the official residence of a close man called Kang Emil at the Pakuan Building, Bandung, West Java.

According to the editorial of VOI, Sunday, June 12, at around 10.00 western Indonesia time, a number of central and regional government officials, private institutions, and the general public sent bouquets of flowers.

Including President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), who sent a bouquet of flowers, and condolences for the death of Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz alias Eril, Ridwan Kamil's eldest son.

Party officials in the country also sent condolences, including PPP General Chair (Ketum) Suharso Monoarfa, Golkar Party Chairman Bambang Soesatyo, Gerindra Party Deputy Chairman Fadli Zon to former Vice President Try Sutrisno.

The general public has now filled the Pakuan Bandung Building. They were waiting for the arrival of Eril's body, which was brought by Ridwan Kamil's father directly using Qatar Airways.

Eril is planned to be buried in a large area owned by the family in Cimaung, Bandung Regency. The land is the location for the establishment of the Baitulridwan Islamic Center Foundation, which Ridwan Kamil has planned since 2019.

Eril died after being carried away by the current of the Aare River, Bern, Switzerland on May 26. His body was found 14 days later at the Engehalde Dam.

The body of the teenager born in New York, United States, has departed from Switzerland and is scheduled to arrive in the country on Sunday, June 12 afternoon. The funeral procession will be held the next day.
