JAKARTA - Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini stated that the problem regarding the findings of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) regarding social assistance that was not in accordance with the provisions and had the potential to harm the state of Rp. 6.93 trillion had been resolved or was clear.

This was conveyed by Minister of Social Affairs Risma in a Working Meeting with Commission VIII DPR which was followed online in Jakarta. Risma also brought the documents requested by BPK in the agenda.

When the findings exist and have been disseminated, the position of the Ministry of Social Affairs has not yet responded to the findings. They were only given four days to complete it.

"Alhamdulillah, it can be resolved, the BPK also checks in the field in Jabodetabek. It's all clear. God willing, the Ministry of Social Affairs is WTP (Unqualified), because we can answer all of them," said Social Minister Risma in the courtroom, Antara, Monday, June 6. .

According to Social Minister Risma, the findings in question can be seen from the data in October 2020, at which time he was not yet a Minister. When he becomes the Minister of Social Affairs, then everything in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) is matched with population data through the Population Identification Number (NIK).

However, the social assistance problem referred to by BPK, according to Social Minister Risma, cannot be seen from the NIK data, because it has not been matched. So it must be reviewed through the ID number and channel data through the account number. When the data was matched from January to April 2021, the funds worth Rp. 6.3 trillion were found.

Meanwhile, Social Minister Risma said the shortfall in state revenues of Rp1.11 trillion from the value of the PKH social assistance and basic necessities/BPNT that had not been deposited into the state treasury had been returned.

"We are also happy, because collecting it is not easy. That is the reason to collect from the bank. The document has the name, the address, we print it all out, after submitting the data, the BPK checks in the field and it's true, the beneficiaries are there," he said.

Previously, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) highlighted the existence of social assistance programs or social assistance programs that did not comply with the provisions.

In the Summary of Semester Examination Results (IHPS) II 2021, BPK highlighted the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Basic Food/Non-Cash Food Assistance (BNPT) as well as Cash Social Assistance (BST) which did not comply with the provisions of Rp. 6.93 trillion.

BPK also found KPMs that had problems in 2020, but were still designated as recipients of social assistance in 2021. In addition, KPMs with invalid Population Identification Numbers (NIK) were also found, KPMs that had been deactivated, KPMs who were reported dead, and KPMs of double social assistance.

The BPK also found that the Prosperous Family Cards (KKS) were not distributed and KPM did not transact PKH social assistance and basic necessities/BPNT with a balance value that had not been deposited into the state treasury of Rp1.11 trillion.
