Ahead Of Retirement, Hundreds Of Central Kalimantan Police Personnel Are Given Training

PALANGKA RAYA - Towards their retirement, as many as 225 Central Kalimantan Police personnel took part in skills training and briefing, so that when they are no longer on duty, they have a steady income.

Central Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector General of Police Nanang Avianto said the personnel who will retire will consist of 20 Civil Servants (PNS) and 235 Polri personnel.

"With this kind of activity, it is hoped that it can provide provisions in various fields of business for personnel who will retire so that in the future there will be no anxiety about losing income," he said in Palangka Raya, Thursday, May 19.

The two-star general hopes that the participants will be able to take part in the provision and training of these skills as well as possible.

As a result, later what has been absorbed in the briefing and training, can be applied and developed, so that it becomes an advanced business and can support family life.

"We hope that those who will retire after they are no longer in service will still have permanent jobs, one of which is from the training," he explained, quoted by Antara.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Kalimantan Police, Grand Commissioner Pol. Kismanto Eko Saputro, added that the activity was carried out for two days, the second day with field practice material which took place on a cattle farm located on Tjilik Riwut Street Kilometer 16, Palangka Raya City.

Then practice at the location of a chicken farm located on Trans Kalimantan Street, Palangka Raya City - Banjarmasin City Kilometer 3 Palangka Raya.

"With activities like this initiated by the HR Bureau of the Central Kalimantan Police, the SIAP personnel will retire happily and cheerfully, where SIAP stands for healthy, sincere, increasing assets and being productive," said Kismanto Eko Saputro.
