JAKARTA - Five perpetrators of motorcycle fraud in West Jakarta have been arrested by the West Jakarta Police. One of them is a woman. They target the victims are children who carry motorbikes.

Pasma said this gang had carried out a dozen times in several locations in Jakarta.
"The perpetrators have acted 15 times in the past year, and have acted around the Jakarta area," he said.
