JAKARTA - The Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) has started the departure of the first batch of pilgrims to Saudi Arabia on June 4.

The Director General of Hajj and Umrah (PHU) at the Ministry of Religion, Hilman Latief, asked the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) to speed up and disseminate the COVID-19 vaccine to hajj pilgrims. In particular, the pilgrims who departed this year.
