JCI Finally Returns To 5,000, Analyst Recommends Two Shares Of The Salim Group

JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) opened in the green zone and returned to the level of 5,000 on Tuesday, October 6 trading. JCI opened higher by 1.03 percent or 51 points to the level of 5,009.77.

Opening trades, 86 stocks rose, 6 stocks fell, and 19 stocks remained stagnant. The trading volume was recorded at 54.19 million shares and was transacted at Rp80.35 billion.

JCI movement in today's trading will try to maintain the short-term strengthening trend, after yesterday playing in the green zone and closed up 0.65 percent to 4,958 levels.

"Technically, it indicates the potential for further strengthening in the JCI movement," said PT Binaartha Parama Sekuritas analyst Muhammad Nafan Aji Gusta Utama in his research.

So far, Nafan said, the JCI is trying to stay above the support level of 4,865, while the closest resistance target that is trying to reach is at the position of 5,097.

He further said that the potential for this strengthening could be exploited by investors by accumulating the purchase of shares of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT Bank Jatim Tbk (BJTM), PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), and PT Perusahaan Perkebunan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP).

Meanwhile, according to an analyst at PT Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Lanjar Nafi Taulat Ibrahimsyah, the JCI movement in yesterday's trading went according to previous estimates.

Technically, said Lanjar, IHSG has the potential to continue strengthening to test resistance as a confirmation level for further strengthening.

Thus, explained Lanjar, the opportunity for further strengthening in the JCI could be exploited by investors by collecting shares of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN), PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI). ), PT Bumi Serping Damai Tbk (BSDE), and Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF).
