Vanessa Khong Denies Accepting Money Laundering Indra Kenz, Bareskrim: Evidence Of PPATK Is Clear

JAKARTA - Indra Kenz's lover, Vanessa Khong, has denied all allegations by investigators regarding the determination of the suspect. Bareskrim confirmed that everything was based on evidence and flow of funds from the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK).

"It is clear that the information from other witnesses, as well as the evidence as well as the flow of the PPTK evidence, is clear," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, to reporters on Monday, April 11.

Investigators did not respond much to the suspect's confession. Because, the determination of the suspect Vanessa Khong is in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP).

In the process of determining the suspect, the investigator refers to or is based on two pieces of evidence.

"Investigators clearly followed what was determined with some evidence," he said.

Meanwhile, Karo Penmas of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan said that he denied the suspicions from investigators were suspects. However, in the process investigators have complied with the rules and continue to run.

"The process continues, denying or confessing is the right of the suspect. But the investigation process is not based on the confession of the suspect but based on evidence from the results of the law enforcement process," said Ramadhan.

Previously, Vanessa confirmed that she had not done anything about what was suspected by the Criminal Investigation Police investigator.
