KPK Auctions Looted Goods Former Ministry Of Finance Official Yaya Purnomo, There Are Houses To Electronic Goods

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is auctioning off looted goods from the former Head of the Division of Funding Development for Housing and Settlement Areas, Directorate of Evaluation of Regional Financial Management and Information, Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance, Yaya Purnomo.

"KPK through and together with the Bandung KPKNL will conduct an auction of state confiscated goods without the presence of bidders with the type of bidding via the internet or close bidding," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri in a written statement, Tuesday, April 5.

The auction was conducted based on the Corruption Court Decision at the Central Jakarta District Court Number 77 /Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst dated February 4, 2019.

The auctioned goods consist of one package, namely a plot of land with an area of 193 square meters in the Expert Resort Complex, Mekarsaluyu Village. Next, there is a house with a land area of 161 square meters complete with a certificate of ownership.

Not only that, there are also 57 household items consisting of a number of items including televisions, home theaters, tables, chairs, stoves, dispensers, and sofa beds.

"The three objects have a limit price of Rp. 2,826,349.000, 00 and a security deposit of Rp. 850 million," said Ali.

The auction will be held on Tuesday, April 19 and the deadline for bidding is at 11.00 WIB.

Those who are interested can visit the site address https://www.lelang.go.id. The determination of the winner of the auction is done after the deadline for bidding.

"The auction site is at the State Assets and Auction Service Office or KPKNL Bandung, State Finance Building Jl. Asia Afrika Number 114," he concluded.
