Maintain Security, TNI Monitors Vaccination Of Residents In Biak Numfor

BIAK - TNI personnel from Babinsa Koramil 1708-05/Numfor Koptu Maryones Siyabes and Kopda Lukius Rumruren accompanied medical personnel to vaccinate COVID-19 for residents of Bruyadori District, Numfor Island, Biak Numfor Regency, Papua.

The head of the vaccination team, dr. Deni Setiyawan said that the vaccination service for the people who came would be served by the public health center by providing the first vaccine up to three booster vaccines.

Doctor Deni appealed to friends, relatives, school children, and other communities to immediately carry out vaccinations because the vaccination campaign is currently underway and there are still available injections of one to three booster vaccines.

"Moreover, this vaccine is very safe for the body, and don't listen to hoaxes and fake news that make people hesitate to get vaccinated. Once again this vaccine is very good for strengthening our immune system, which makes our bodies immune to viruses that will enter," he said in a statement received, Wednesday, March 30.

Babinsa, who was present to assist in the vaccination campaign of Koptu Maryones Siyabes, said that Babinsa will continue to provide assistance and always ensure that all people on Numfor Island have been vaccinated.

This way, he said, can make people healthy and safe from COVID-19.

Meanwhile, Wadanramil 1708-05/Numfor Letda Inf. James Rumbiak explained that the Vaccination Assault program is a Government program in accelerating the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and must be supported by all parties, including the community.
