When the cows seemed to be out of place, he immediately started a search, and some had been found, but in a separate place two cows were observed, one of which was being preyed upon by the tiger.
Annas witnessed the incident less than 100 meters away. Feeling that there were humans around, the tiger immediately ran away to the west, leaving its prey lying lifeless.
Annas has reported the incident to the village officials and the BKSDA. A few days earlier, residents in Bajubang Sub-district saw the footprints of the striped animal. The BKSDA has traced the footprints of the wild animal.
