JAKARTA - East Jakarta Traffic Unit officers held a 2022 safety operation at the traffic light Halim Lama Jalan DI Panjaitan, East Jakarta. By unfurling a banner, officers urge motorists to obey traffic rules. On the last day of the safety operation, officers still found a number of residents who were not wearing masks properly. Officers also helped a motorist who fell as a result of hitting a truck. During 14 days of safety operations, officers said that traffic violations were still dominated by two-wheeled vehicles. Not only motorists, officers also disseminated traffic awareness in public transport polls. Watch the full video below.
