NTB Provincial Government Reports KSU Rinjani Management To Polda

MATARAM - The West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government has finally taken legal action by reporting the management of the Rinjani Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) to the NTB Police on suspicion of fraud, defamation and unpleasant acts.

"We have officially reported to the NTB Police through the Criminal Investigation Division against institutions and individuals managing KSU Rinjani. Well, the one reporting is the Legal Bureau, which we have appointed as legal counsel," said Regional Secretary (Sekda) NTB H Lalu Gita Ariadi in Mataram quoted Between, Monday, January 24.

He conveyed that the noise made by the KSU Rinjani management under the command of Sri Sudarjo had caused a lot of harm to the community, including the NTB provincial government institution.

The modus operandi of KSU Rinjani is the government's program through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program in the form of assistance for three cows with a value of Rp. 100 million for each farmer and PEN assistance of Rp. 2 trillion which will be given to the community.

Even though this assistance never existed, even as a result of this deception, it was revealed that KSU Rinjani had succeeded in recruiting more than 21 thousand members throughout NTB in the hope of getting the promised assistance.

Therefore, according to Gita, to prevent many victims, the NTB Provincial Government has chosen firm steps after being facilitated by the relevant OPD for a long time. Namely, the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs to stop it, but the manager of KSU Rinjani seems to underestimate the provincial government.

"The latest news is that they say that the provincial government officials have actually received a disbursement of IDR 2 trillion in PEN funds," he said.

Not only that, they have also made a bad issue regarding the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara, Zulkieflimansyah, who was scolded by President Jokowi.

In fact, they linked it to political support, namely the Governor who incidentally is a PKS cadre and President Jokowi as a PDIP cadre, which triggered the funds to not be disbursed. In fact, all of these issues are not true and cannot be accounted for.

"Remember, if we get Rp 10 billion in aid funds, for example, that's all the heads of the OPD will camp for days in Jakarta to complete the administration and the aid scheme. There is no such aid, moreover the Rp 2 trillion figure is long zero and if we With the help of billions, of course we are very grateful in the current condition of regional financial limitations," explained the Regional Secretary.

"When the Governor is scolded by the President, when will he get angry. And it doesn't have anything to do with it, he said, Mr. Governor from PKS and others. Once again, the information from KSU Rinjani is very misleading and this is already detrimental to the community," continued Gita.

He admitted that reporting to the NTB Police on KSU Rinjani was emphasized on three aspects. Namely, defamation, fraud and unpleasant deeds.

This is so that there is education and learning for the community in order to enforce the law in a healthy manner. Moreover, their actions have politicized the situation of the provincial government, which is currently focusing on completing a number of homeworks in supporting world events in NTB. Among them, the MotoGP event in March this year.

"If you want to be honest, why do we include three aspects as a report. This is because specifically for the unpleasant act triggered by an incident on December 24 last, they held the NTB Diskop employees hostage. In fact, the manager of KSU Rinjani has also come in groups to the Governor's Hall to hold a hearing," said the Secretary of State.

Meanwhile, the Head of the NTB Cooperatives and MSMEs Head Office, Ahmad Masyhuri admitted, KSU Rinjani was founded in 2012. However, their activities are on hiatus until 2021, only to consult with their office.

According to him, KSU Rinjani is categorized as an inactive cooperative. Where, the number of members only amounted to 20 people. This is in accordance with the letter documents that have been sent by the management.

Worse, the KSU experts had come to offer the applications they had been working on. But the application cannot be accessed by his side so far

"That's why we are also surprised, at the beginning of 2021, there are no activities that they have done so far, how can they recruit 23,195 members. This is what we regret, we have answered on our social media their desire to be facilitated. But so far, they have been do not practice professionally, like other cooperatives in NTB," explained Masyhuri.

He admitted that the management of KSU Rinjani was chaired by Sri Sudarjo with his wife being the treasurer. Whereas in the establishment of a cooperative there should be no kinship ties in the management. But there is a bond between husband and wife. Not to mention they claim to have cash worth IDR 200 trillion.

However, in the report they sent to the MSME Diskop, KSU's cash was minus IDR 21 million. In addition, they also claim to have receivables worth Rp. 5.5 billion.

"In fact, from the results of temporary monitoring of the NTB MSME Diskop, KSU Rinjani does not have any activities. Then where did the cash funds come from, Rp. 200 trillion," he said.

The Head of the NTB Animal Husbandry and Health Service, Khairul Akbar also admitted that there was no assistance for cattle such as through cooperatives.

"We make sure that there is no cow aid fund for breeders. If there is assistance from the government, it will be KUR through a banking mechanism, not through cooperatives. Moreover, there is clearly no cow willing to be given," he said.
