Two Students Bringing Sharp Weapons Arrested When They Want To Fight In Jatiuwung Tangerang

TANGERANG - The police have arrested two students who wanted to do a brawl in the Jatiuwung area, Tangerang City.

Tangerang Metro Police Chief Grand Commissioner Komarudin said the two students were caught carrying sharp weapons (sharp weapons) for the brawl. Luckily, the two students were arrested.

"We are following up on information from the public regarding the actions of teenagers planning to brawl," said Komarudin, Wednesday, January 19. "Two children were found carrying a shawl," he continued.

Komarudin also said that he had asked his members to hunt down the makers of sharp weapons who sold them to students.

"We see the current phenomenon that many of the shawls used by students are like home products, such as artificial ones. Indeed, we often find it made in such a way as to resemble a knife, and indeed the shape is sharp and deadly," he said.

"Therefore, we will rush this, including the two groups of students or anyone who makes the community restless, we will hunt down," he added.

Komarudin hopes that the surrounding community can help eradicate gangster actions, student brawls and other types of crime.

“Now in the era of digitization, people can record, they can take photos, send them to us so we can immediately take photos of these perpetrators. We emphasize that we will not tolerate the perpetrators," he said.
