The East Jakarta District Court has again held a follow-up trial in the alleged criminal act of terrorism with the defendant Munarman. The trial was scheduled to examine witnesses from the Public Prosecutor (JPU). The trial was conducted offline where the accused and witnesses were presented in person. The witness presented by the Public Prosecutor is a prisoner. Munarman's attorney, Aziz Yanuar said Munarman was not involved in bai'at and there was no sound of Munarman taking bai'at in the recordings played at the trial. Watch the full video below.
