JAKARTA - Fico Fachriza, a comedian from Depok who was arrested by the police for his narcotics abuse case, Thursday, January 13. He was proven to possess and consume narcotics, a type of synthetic tobacco.

In this case, a number of facts were discovered. Starting from Fico, who is said to be an old user, to crying when he met his brother, Ananta Rispo.

Arrested At Home

The Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police Grand Commissioner E. Zulpan explained the first fact. Fico Fachriza was arrested at his residence on the evening of Thursday, January 13.

"The time and place of the disclosure will be on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 18.15 western Indonesia time, at a residence with the address at Istiqomah street, Pancoran Mas, Depok City," Zulpan told reporters, Friday, January 14.

The arrest of Fico was based on the results of the development. Where, previously the police received information about the circulation and use of synthetic tobacco narcotics.

"This disclosure started from the report we received regarding the alleged use of synthetic tobacco narcotics," he said.

Evidence

From that information, Fico was finally arrested. In fact, the police found evidence during the search process. "A search was carried out and found one pack of cigarettes and 1.45 grams of synthetic tobacco," said Zulpan.

With this finding, the big comedian was immediately taken to the Metro Jaya Police for further investigation.

Flee When Arrested

In fact, the police also revealed Fico's condition during the arrest process. It was stated that the comic was still under the influence of drugs.

"He is still under the influence of synthetic tobacco," said Deputy Director of Drugs at the Metro Jaya Police, Grand Commissioner Adjutant Donny Alexander. As a result, a urine test was carried out which finally declared Fico Fachriza positive for drugs.

With these facts and evidence, Fico could no longer dodge. He was eventually named a suspect.

Old User and Buy Online

Although the suspect has been named, Fico continues to be investigated. The result is that the big man has been using narcotics since 2016. "The suspect has been using it since 2016," said Donny.

In addition, Fico also admitted to the police that he bought the synthetic tobacco online. He ordered from an Instagram account. "Ordering this one person just buys for Rp300 thousand," he said.

Then, it was also revealed the reason Fico consumed synthetic tobacco. He reasoned to help him fall asleep quickly.

Crying When Meet Rispo

Apart from the arrest process, there are other moments related to Fico. The big man couldn't help but cry when he saw his brother Rispo visit him.

The moment began when Fico was brought by the police to the front of the press conference area at the Directorate of Drug Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police. Where, Fico became a suspect in the case of narcotics abuse of synthetic tobacco.

About five minutes later, the police took the big man back to the detention cell. At that time, Fico cried.

He saw his older brother, Rispo, come to see him. Fico, who was under police escort, was hugged by Rispo. They both cried. However, the police who were escorting released the two of them tightly.

Rispo reacts. He asked the policeman to give him a chance to meet his brother. "Sir, can I meet him, sir? That's my brother, sir," said Rispo. Finally, Rispo was allowed to enter the investigator's room.

In this case, Fico Fachriza is suspected of having multiple articles. Among them, Article 112 paragraph 1 subsidiary Article 127 paragraph 1 letter a of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics.

Thus, Fico Fachriza is threatened with imprisonment for a minimum of 4 years and or a maximum of 12 years in prison.
