East Jakarta Police Investigators Name Three Suspects Of Attacking Anteraja Courier Service Office

JAKARTA - The East Jakarta Metro Police have named three suspects in the case of assault and mistreatment at the Antar Aja expedition service, on Jalan Pondok Kelapa Raya, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.

The three suspects came from the outsourcing office at PT TSI, namely the Branch Head, Coordinator and Security at PT TSI.

The three were named suspects based on a number of pieces of evidence. One of them is the CCTV footage of the time of the persecution to the testimony of eyewitnesses of the incident. Meanwhile, five victims have been post-mortem and asked for further information.

Deputy Head of East Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Fanani said the East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) had named three people as main suspects in the beating.

"So this suspect is from the distribution of labor services, in which their role is to hit and kick," he told reporters, Wednesday, December 22.

According to the Deputy Chief of Police, his party is still investigating the incident.

"We are still investigating the initial chronology, so we cannot guess. We are still waiting for reports from victims, if any, we will investigate," he said.

Although three suspects have been identified, the police are still investigating the case.

"We have examined five witnesses. But we are still looking for other witnesses who know the beginning of the beating. Currently it is still based on CCTV," he said.
