Densus Arrests Suspected Terrorists In Several Areas In Central Java

SEMARANG - The Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror Police have arrested terrorist suspects in a number of areas in Central Java.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Iqbal Alqudusy, confirmed the action taken by the Densus in Central Java.

The arrests were made in the areas of Semarang City, Solo, and Sukoharjo Regency. However, Iqbal did not explain in more detail about the arrest.

"Later, Densus 88 and the Public Relations Division of the National Police Headquarters will provide more detailed explanations," he said.

Meanwhile, from the information gathered, Densus 88 arrested a man with the initials AT (46), a resident of Tambak Dalam, Semarang City. AT was reportedly arrested in the vicinity of Pasar Waru, Semarang City, on Wednesday morning.

The arrest and search of AT's house was confirmed by the family.
