National Police Chief Sigit Withdraws Commissioner General Firli Bahuri From The KPK

JAKARTA - The National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, overhauled the organizational structure of the Bhayangkara Corps. One of them is by pulling the KPK leader, Commissioner General Firli Bahuri, back to the Police.

The withdrawal of Commissioner-General Firli Bahuri was stated in the telegram (ST) number ST/2568/XII/KEP./2021 dated December 17, 2021. In which, the ST was signed by HR Assistant, Inspector General Wahyu Widada.

The Head of the Public Relations Division of the Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, confirmed it was confirmed. The withdrawal was because Commissioner-General Firli Bahuri had entered retirement.

"Yes, it is true, the mutation process is natural, which includes retirement and tours of duty and area as well as refreshments", said Dedi when confirmed, Saturday, December 18.

Not only Firli, but several police generals are also on the transfer list. For example, Commissioner General Sutanto was previously assigned to the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN).

Currently, Commissioner General Sutanto is placed as a high-ranking officer (Pati) of the National Police's Intelligence and Security Agency to retire.

Then, Inspector General Komarul Zaman assigned to Wantannas was transferred as High Officer of Operations Staff of the Indonesian National Police to retire.

Furthermore, Brigadier General Jacobes Alexander Timisela who was assigned to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources was transferred to the High Officer of the National Police-Criminal Investigation Agency to retire. Including Brigadier General Kushariyanto who was transferred as High Officer of the Traffic Corps to retire.
