The State Civil Apparatus Group, Novel Baswedan Et Al. Will Be The Same When They Used To Work At The Corruption Eradication Commission

JAKARTA - The National Police stated that Novel Baswedan and 43 former Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) employees as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) would be equal when they served at the KPK.

"When he belongs to a certain group at the KPK, then as ASN Police he will also be the same class, so he is not disadvantaged", said Head of Public Relations Division of the Police, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono, to reporters on Friday, December 10.

Although their ASN groups will be the same, the nominal salary to be received follows the system at the Bhayangkara Corps.

Because the process of giving salaries at the Police refers to Government Regulation (PP) Number 15 of 2019 concerning the Eighteenth Amendment to PP Number 7 of 1977 concerning the Regulation of Civil Servant Salaries (PNS).

"Only the group adjusts when they are on duty at the KPK, for the problem of salary, of course, it follows the salary at the Police Institution", said Rusdi.

For information, in the rules contained in puskeu.polri.go.id, the basic salary of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of National Police is divided into several groups.

For group I, it is set at IDR 1,560,800 to IDR 2,686,500 per month. Then, for group II, it is IDR 2,022,200 to IDR 3,820,000 per month.

Furthermore, ASN Police who are classified as group III will receive a salary of IDR 2,579,400 to IDR 4,797,000 per month.

Finally, class IV State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of Police will receive a salary of IDR 3,044,300 to IDR 5,901,200 per month.
