Police Develop Mako To Brimob Personnel After Discourse On 3 Star Brimob Dankor

JAKARTA - The National Police have stated that they will expand the Brimob Command Headquarters (Mako) accompanied by additional personnel. This is related to the promotion of the Mobile Brigade Corps Commander (Dankor) from a two-star general to a three-star general.

"Of course we will follow up like that. Of course, later the Police will prepare in terms of management starting from 4M starting from the human resources, budget money, logistics materials, and methods. That will automatically be followed", said Head of the National Police Public Relations Division, Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan to reporters, Monday, November 15.

The addition of Mako and personnel aims to improve services for the community. So, all will be well.

"This is to improve services related to the main tasks of the National Police, this is all related to the challenges of the task and faced by the Police by the main tasks of the Police, to protect, serve and protect the community", said Ramadhan.

With the addition of personnel, said Ramadhan, a new unit will be formed. This makes it easier to deploy personnel on duty.

"So when there is a need, whether it's securing an object, we will send it. So with the Danpas I, II, III and their commands, it will make it easier for the movement of troops to shift from one point to another", said Ramadhan.

In the era of the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, the Mobile Brigade Corps was promoted. The National Police Chief will raise the rank of the Commander of the Brimob Corps (Dankorbrimob) of the Police to a three-star general.

The National Police Chief said that the duties and responsibilities of the Brimob Dankor were getting tougher. The transition process is still being worked out.

"We encourage the addition of several stars and we also increase the Mobile Brigade Commander itself to become three stars, because the duties and responsibilities are getting heavier", said the National Police Chief when commemorating the momentum of the 76th Anniversary of the Brimob Police Corps at Mako Korbrimob, Kelapa Dua, Depok.

The National Police Chief ensured that the Brimob Police Corps would continue to provide the best service and dedication to Indonesia. According to the National Police Chief, Brimob currently has a major role in controlling the security and public order situation (Sitkamtibmas) and humanitarian aid operations.
