Daisies Becomes A Turning Point For Katy Perry's Return To Music

JAKARTA - Singer Katy Perry launched a new project for her fans entitled Daisies. A music video is included to complement fans' enthusiasm for the fifth album. Friday, May 15, Katy Perry confirmed this song to be a track from her latest album.

Daisies contains a poem of human power from within. This simple pop track accompanies Katy Perry, who is currently pregnant with a child from Orlando Bloom, her fiancé. A white dress and greenish garden look serene accompanying the singer who was born on October 25.

There are several parts where Katy Perry walks through the green garden before it turns into a daisy garden according to the title of the song. Towards his final scene, he stared at the large, shady waves.

Through his Instagram, Perry shared the creative process of making Daisies songs. "I wrote this song a few months ago as a call to remain true to what you have chosen for yourself, regardless of what other people think."

The release of Daisies is also a fruit of hope for him so that people can have a soundtrack for their dreams, especially those they left behind.

Fans will soon hear about Perry's album project on August 14th. Previously, he released the songs Never Worn White and Harleys in Hawaii, but from his statement, these two songs are unlikely to be included in his new album.

This pandemic period was used by the Roar singer to stay creative while at home. He also shared the opportunity for fans to talk to him through Zoom to discuss Daisies and other things during quarantine.
