The Amal 100 Musician Heal Sumatra Concert Is Supported By The Ministry Of Culture, Collected Donations Of IDR 15 Billion

The Indonesian Ministry of Culture provides full support for the Charity Concert 100 Musicians Heal Sumatra, a solidarity movement involving 100 musicians to help recover floods and landslides in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.

Minister of Culture Fadli Zon called this concert a form of cultural power in uniting the community. "Government is able to move solidarity and empathy. Through this collaboration, we rebuild Sumatra, not only physically, but also socially and humanity," said Fadli Zon.

The concert, which was initiated by Irma Hutabarat, Kadri Mohamad, and Tompi, was supported by the UI Alumni Association as a fundraiser and a number of soap operas, including Deputy Minister of Culture Giring Ganesha, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Teuku Riefky Harsya, Akbar 'Nina Tanjung, Bambang Susatyo, Eddy Soeparno, Dony Oskaria, Pahala Mansury, Sofyan Djalil, and Surya Paloh.

Director General of Culture Development, Utilization, and Development, Ahmad Mahendra emphasized that this movement shows a living and responsive cultural ecosystem.

"More than a concert, this is proof that culture works for humanity," he said.

The first concert was held at T-SPACE Bintaro, Sunday (7/12/2025), collecting donations of IDR 15,082,230,262. The next two concerts are scheduled for December 16, 2025 at Lippo Mall Kemang and December 22, 2025 at Agora Thamrin. Apart from music, Deep Talk with Najwa Shihab, Deddy Corbuzier, Ferry Irwandi, and Habib Jafar were also present.

This event also involved the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Metro TV, Narasi, Swara, British School Jakarta, the Matauli Foundation, Miyara Sumatra, and PMI as aid distribution partners with ATI. Through this support, the government affirms its commitment to strengthening national solidarity and accelerating the recovery of post-disaster Sumatra.
