Mecimapro Conveys 5 Points Related To Problems With TWICE Concert Investors In Jakarta

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Melania Citra Permata (Mecimapro), Fransisca Dwi Melani, claims that the legal case with PT Media Inspiration Bangsa (MIB) is a civil matter.

As is known, MIB is one of the business partners at the TWICE concert in Jakarta on December 23, 2023, which was held by Mecimapro.

As a result of losses of up to tens of billions, MIB reported Melani on suspicion of fraud and embezzlement of funds, until finally the Mecimapro boss was named a suspect by the police.

Now, through an official statement from the media crew, Melani's legal team is trying to explain the current condition regarding the problem.

There are five points described by the legal team, where it is certain that Melani will follow the legal process, as well as deny any criminal acts committed.

1. That our client Fransiska Melani will respect and follow the legal process.

2. That legal events that occur in the a quo case are pure civil cases where the origin of the agreement that has been agreed between PT Media Inspiration of the Nation and PT Melania Citra Permata, as promised by No: 123/LEGAL-IDN/X/2023 dated October 17, 2023.

3. That in the legal incident of PT Media Inspiration of the Nation with PT Melania Citra Permata, if there is a dispute like the agreement, it will be resolved through the Indonesian National Arbitration Agency (BANI) as promised no: 123/LEGAL-IDN/X/2023 dated October 17, 2023 and not through the Criminal Law route.

4. That it is very clear and real that the a quo case is a pure civil case and is not a criminal act.
