JAKARTA - An alternative rock unit from Jakarta, Bronze, protested on the official Instagram account of Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
The protest submitted through the comments column relates to the use of the song 33x in the video uploaded by the Vice President's account, where Bronze as the owner of the original song was not given credit.
"Hello, assalamualaikum, Mr. Vice President's public relations team. The credit for the song can be written times ehehe," wrote Pertung in the comments column uploaded by Gibran.
"It's hard to make songs, it's sad if you don't tell me who's singing," he continued.
The unit consisting of Maul Ibrahim (guitar, vocals), Adam Adenan (bass, vocals), and Ildo Hasman (drums, vocals) also asked Vice President Gibran's account to lower the video content if he did not give credit to the song owner.
"If not, you can ask for help take-down and change, don't use our song, yes. Thank you. Hope you are always healthy."
