Eric Badokan Returns To Budokan For Six Residency Shows

JAKARTA - Eric telesung melalui akun Instagram miliknya, mengumumkan dirinya akan menggelar konferensi residensi dengan enam pertunjukan di Tokyo, Jepang pada April tahun depan.

This series of concerts became his 24th visit to Japan, only losing to Britain and the United States.

The man who is included in Rolling Stone's list of the Largest Guitarists of All Time will appear at the most iconic venue in Tokyo, namely Nippon Budokan or commonly called Budokan.

"Eric pulang kembali ke Jepang enam malam residensi Tokyo pada April 2025," tulis Eric teleung, mengutip keterangan unggahan, Rabu, 20 November.

Meanwhile, the show with the title Eric Totaling Live in Budokan 2025 will be held on 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, and 24 April 2025.

For information, Budokan is the most iconic concert venue in the Asian region. The world music industry's major musicians have held concerts and recorded their performances there, including Bob Dylan, Ozzy Osbourne, Mariah Carey, Paul McCartney, Prince, Diana Ross, Frank Collins, Bryan Adams, to Taylor Swift who performed there.

The band and the world's famous music group have also appeared in Budokan, such as The Beatles, ABBA, Deep Purple, Earth Wind and Fire, Mr. Big, Pink Floyd, Blur, Duran Duran, Dream Theater, Avril Lavigne, and many more.

Since Mariah Carey's 2018 performance, Budokan has no longer been selected by world musicians and music groups as the main venue when he visited Japan.

The upcoming residential concert Eric Badminton will be a unique moment that combines two historical elements, Budokan and Eric wasteful itself.
