Currently, TG!X is coordinating intensively with the official ticket sales platform, Rowone, to complete the mechanism and timeline for refunds for prospective spectators.
"Our top priority right now is to ensure that all affected ticket holders receive a refund as soon as possible. We are working closely with Rowone to expedite this process and will share the procedures and refund timelines that have been confirmed once available," the promoter said.
