Ahead Of The One Decade Concert, Isyana Sarasvati Launches Single Collaboration With Marty Friedman

JAKARTA - The day before the musical decade-long concert, Isyana Sarasvati released a collaboration single with former Megadeth guitarist Marty Friedman, entitled my Mystery.

The song with a strong distortion and double pedal echo was first released by Isyana in 2022, through an extended play (EP) of the same name.

The latest version ofmy Mystery with Marty Friedman has not changed much, except for the addition of guitar solos in the middle of the song.

Isyana's collaboration with guitarist 61 years started from her second meeting in Japan last October. At that time, Isyana held a performance in Yokohama. He was offered a promoter to collaborate with the guitarist on stage.

The offer was welcomed by Marty Friedman, who is said to have liked Isyana's work. Therefore, the singers from Bandung decided to capture the new version of'my Mystery' in the form of remix recording.

This song is a 'heating' for Indonesian music lovers to the concert celebrating a decade of Isyana Sarasvati's work. He will perform in full at a concert titled Isyana Sarasvati A Decade Live in Concert: Lost In Harmony which will be held at Istora Senayan, Central Jakarta, Saturday, November 16.

In this celebration, Isyana will collaborate with Avip Priatna who leads the Jakarta Concert Orchestra. In addition, there are also Batavia Madrigal Singer and The Resonanz Children's Choir.

Isyana also invited several names that are well known in the national music industry, including Mahalini, GAC, Afgan, Rendy Pandugo, Deadsquad, and also VIDI.
