Still Condolences For Liam Payne's Death, Zayn Malik Delays The Tour Until Next Year

JAKARTA - Zayn Malik decided to postpone his concert tour in the United States entitled 'Sairway to the Sky Tour'. The reason is his deep sorrow after Liam Payne's death.

Liam Payne was previously found dead after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina on Wednesday, October 16.

Meanwhile, the announcement of the cancellation of the tour was declared Zayn through an upload on Instagram Story on Sunday, October 20.

"Given the heartbreaking loss this week, I have made the decision to postpone the Stairway to the Sky Tour in the US," Zayn Malik wrote.

The 31-year-old singer has not yet decided a clear replacement date, but the tour will be rescheduled for early 2025.

"The date will be rescheduled for January and I will post it as soon as everything is set in the next few days," he said.

As is known, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne joined One Direction along with three other singers, namely Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson.

One Direction was formed through The X Factor in 2010. Zayn left the group in 2015 to start his solo career, and the group disbanded in 2016.

For Liam's death, Zayn has also expressed his respect, saying that he will honor all the memories Liam has forever.
