"Moreover, I feel very excited to welcome this concert. After 16 years, we were finally able to collaborate in a special concert," he said.

Addie MS also reminisced about the first time he had a duet with Vina Panduwinata 42 years ago in 1982.

Vina Panduwinata added that she was very happy, because she became one of the successful and supporting scholarship programs for IPB students.

'Addie MS is like'my husband' in music. Alhamdulillah, I can be with Addie support IPB. As a Bogor child, I feel proud," said Vina.

Furthermore, IPB University Chancellor Arif Satria also thanked Addie MS and Vina Panduwinata for being willing to help overcome the problems of underprivileged students.

"We have a commitment, IPB students can't do (drop out) just because they don't have the money. Students who submit resignations due to cost issues, I don't accept their resignation, but we are looking for a solution so they can continue to study," said Arif.

Arif also added that the best way to overcome poverty is to have access to higher education.
