RAN Launches Two Songs At The Same Time As New Album Openers

JAKARTA - In order to welcome the release of a new album titled Theater Nestapa, RAN launched two singles at once (double single) with the title Criminal #1 and Criminal #1. Both are materials taken from the upcoming album.

"Like the title, this double single is about a secret, about when we are faced with a situation in a triangle story," Nino said in his statement, Wednesday, September 4.

Rayi revealed that this new single of RAN wants to talk about how love is not as simple as a couple who love each other. Especially when the relationship has been going on for a long time.

There are many inner conflicts that occur within ourselves. It's like we have admiration for other people, are curious about him," said Rayi.

"Well, Secret #1 tells the story of people who are tempted to have relationships with others, while Secrets #2 from the opposite perspective, 'When am I just a person who is a secret to his partner?'," he continued.

The unusual love theme from the two singles is a common thread that RAN is trying to present on their new album.

On this new album, the concept is quite unique. In the past, people knew the colorful and cheerful RAN music group. Now we are making an album called the Nestapa Theater, something that is the opposite of what they know about RAN, Nino said.

To ensure its content, of course, we have to wait for the new album to come in full. Secret #1 and Secret #2 are the teasers that are bright enough to explain the next side of RAN's work in the Indonesian music industry.

Meanwhile, the album Theater Nestapa, which is the sixth full album, will be released on October 23. This will be RAN's first album in eight years.

For information, RAN released his first full album with the title RAN for Your Life in 2007. Two years later, the trio from Jakarta launched Friday as the second album in 2009.

Furthermore, RAN still released three other full albums, namely HOP3 in 2011, New Day in 2013, and RAN in 2016.
