Vionita Hopes Tuah He's Your Past, Me Your Future Occurs In The Latest Single, Jealous

JAKARTA - Vionita Sihombing launched a single with the title "Cemburu" some time ago. This song is the fifth release after coming out as the winner of the fourth season of The Voice Indonesia event in 2019.

Through the latest single, the 25-year-old singer hopes to surpass the success in the song He's Your Past, I'm Your Future (2021), which has gone viral on social media several times and reached 141 million streams on Spotify.

"Do you have to be more or not? Yes, I hope the sustenance is the same," said Vionita during a visit to the VOI office in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta on Friday, August 23.

The process is different from the previous four singles. This is Vionita's first song after no longer taking shelter at HITS Records.

"Because before I was in the label, right, then in this song for the first time I released it myself, the vinegar was assisted by my friend, he is my partner," said the Batak-blooded singer.

"So 'cheat' is the first child who really thought about it. I thought about the concept, before that I was just like bringing my body, just singing," he continued.

Furthermore, Vionita also felt'matched' by the songs written by Andreas Jonathan, Desmond Latif, and Stefanus Efan. He hopes that Cemburu will be a marker of his ongoing musical journey.

When they wrote this song, they said they imagined it I was the one who sang the song. So when I asked to make a song with them, I was immediately given the song Cemburu at that time. No other choice was given," he said.
