New Record, Billie Eilish Becomes The Youngest Artist To Win Two Oscars

JAKARTA - Happy with emotion, Billie Eilish is back celebrating his win at the Academy Awards, or it can be called Oscars on Monday, March 11 yesterday. He won the trophy thanks to his song, which became Barbie OST.

The song in question is a sad song titled What Was I Made For? which was released in 2023 yesterday. The work received a very positive response from music and film lovers, showing Billie's genius as a singer and songwriter.

When he received the trophy with his brother, Finneas, Billie expressed his emotion. "I had a nightmare about this last night," he said as the opener.

"I feel very lucky and proud. Thank you Greta (the director of the Barbie film), for all of this. I'm happy with this song and film that gives me special feelings," he continued.

"This victory is for everyone affected by the amazing film. I also want to thank my team and my parents. I love you," he concluded.

This achievement made Billie the youngest artist to win two Oscars. Previously in 2021 he also won with the sensational James Bond theme song.

At the age of 22, he broke the previous record held by Luise Rainer, the artist who achieved this at the age of 28. Billie Eilish also performed his winning song with Finneas, becoming one of the most memorable moments at the 96th Academy Awards.
