This Singer Believes Bob Marley Is Much Bigger Than Michael Jackson

JAKARTA - Jamaica singer and rapper, Chinsea Linda Lee alias Shensea believes Bob Marley is a bigger international star to date than Michael Jackson.

Shensea made this statement again at the premiere of Bob Marley's biography: One Love, at the Regency Village Theater, Los Angeles, United States on Tuesday, February 6.

"I just believe that facts are facts," said Shensea, launching PEOPLE, Thursday, February 8.

Although claiming to be a big fan of Marley and Jackson, the 27-year-old singer explained that her opinion was based on what she saw while traveling around the world.

I went anywhere and saw people wearing gimbal hair, they were smoking big spliffs, they had Rasta colors. They try to imitate who Bob used to be and what he represented," Shensea said.

I feel like around the world, you hear some kind of reggae music and Bob Marley is the number one leading artist for that.

The singer who once collaborated with artists such as Kanye West, Megan Thee Stallion, Gwen Stefani, also talked about how much Marley's legacy had inspired her artwork.

"He has inspired me to do this. What I'm doing now, just to bring my culture globally to different generations," said Shensea.

"He's done it so it inspires and motivates me to believe that I can do it," he said.
