Piyu Says Padi Reborn Will Not Appear For Campaign

Piyu said that until now Padi Reborn would not accept offers to appear in political campaigns, both for political parties and pairs of presidential-vice presidential candidates.

Not without reason, the commitment not to appear in political campaigns has been taken since the beginning of the campaign on November 28, 2023.

Piyu wants Padi Reborn to maintain neutrality in this year's political contestation. Therefore, they are willing to appear in the Declaration of the Peace Election Campaign organized by the General Elections Commission (KPU) on November 27, 2023.

"We are more protective of our integrity, because yesterday we were with the KPU, there was a peaceful campaign," said Piyu in Kuningan, South Jakarta on Monday, January 22.

"Continue to run out, yesterday at Istora Senayan we also with the KPU. So, we want us to always be there in the three of them. Please," he continued.

Not only as a band, Piyu personally also did not want to accept the offer to appear in the campaign. The reason is, the same thing was also done by other Padi Reborn personnel

"If the others don't accept the campaign, I won't either," concluded Piyu.
