Tommy Lee Sued For Alleged Sexual Harassment Of Women In Helicopters

JAKARTA - rock band drummer Motley Crue, Tommy Lee, was sued for alleged sexual harassment of a woman in a helicopter.

A woman identified only as Jane Doe claimed in her lawsuit that Lee attacked her in 2003, after convincing her to her private helicopter for false reasons.

He traveled 40 minutes from San Diego to Van Nuys on Lee's private helicopter pilot before Lee joined them when they landed.

He went on to accuse the two men of 'consuming some alcoholic beverages, smoking marijuana, and inhaling cocaine' before Lee continued to sexually harass [he] by touching, kissing, penetrating with his fingers, and trying to force him. to perform oral sex.'

As a result of the alleged attack, Doe said he was suffering from severe emotional, physical and psychological stress.

The woman claimed she was friends with Lee's pilot, David Martz, while working at a bank in San Diego and she later offered him a trip by helicopter.

However, after he received it, he suddenly changed his plans and flew to Van Nuys. When they landed, Lee approached the helicopter.

He added that a few minutes after taking off, he claimed the men started drinking and using drugs, after which Lee asked him to sit on his lap to see better from the cockpit and Doe 'approved'.

After that, the woman accused Lee of starting to'squire' and kiss her' as she tried to withdraw. She then became more'strong' and tried to force Doe's head towards Lee's genitals. Doe had minimal mobility and stated that he could not leave the cockpit.

The victim admitted to suffering surprises, distress, insults, shame, and guilt with 'permanent' emotional stress and pain.

The feeling, coupled with Lee's fame and the music industry's climate at the time (where rock n-roll stars like Lee thrived and gained further fame due to his obscene and hedonistic behavior) led him to believe that nothing would happen stemming from reporting Lee and Martz's behavior to local police authorities, the lawsuit reads.

The woman stated that she was not the only victim and believed Lee and Martz used the cover of a tour to "bint other women" into situations where they could sexually harass. Martz died in a plane crash in August 2015.

Doe demanded compensation in an undetermined amount.
