Will You Be A Producer More Often, Rossa Reduces The Mangung Schedule?

JAKARTA - Sri Rossa Roslaila Handiyani, who is more mononimous than Rossa, acted as a producer in Fadil Jaidi's latest song entitled Loss, which was released last October 20.

Rossa, who enjoys the role of producer, admits that he will work more behind closed doors as a producer in the years to come.

However, Rossa said there was no intention of reducing the gig schedule as a singer. With the help of the team, he felt the two could still run together.

"Because there is already a team, thank God. We formed a team from the start, there is already an A&R team for the musicians, so I just need to show it, or where the music is going, and what the singer is suitable for," said Rossa in Kemang, South Jakarta on Tuesday, October 24.

By becoming a producer, Rossa feels herself out of her comfort zone. There is a pleasure in itself when helping a singer succeed with the song.

"I want to play more, in an unsafe zone. If it's me, it's okay, Rossa, I already know where I want to be taken. But if it's someone else, I'm like I'm still guessing," he said.

Although happy to produce singers who are not well known enough, Rossa has her own criteria to choose who she will help.

"I have to be sure of the person, what is certain is that the person can sing," said Rossa.

"Second, actually this is a bit of a guess, yes, but I hope he also has the same hard work as me," he continued.

According to Rossa, hard work is important to achieve success. No success comes by itself.

"The success is impossible to come by itself, it must definitely work hard," concluded Rossa.
