Before Being Sent To The Dealer, MV Agusta Cuts The Price Of The Enduro Veloce Adventure Motorcycle

JAKARTA - This is MV Agusta's latest masterpiece named Enduro Veloce which was just launched. Well, it turns out that before being sent to official dealers, this Italian motorcycle manufacturer has just cut the price of this latest adventure motorcycle.

The Veloce Enduro is equipped with a new 931 cc engine featuring an iconic technical solution that has been known on the three-cylindrical engine of the new generation of MV Agusta: the oppositely rotating engkol axis. This machine, fully designed, developed, and built at the company's factories, stands out for its lightweight, only 57 kg, and very compact size. With gyroscopic effects that reduce the effect of the front wheels, the oppositely rotating engkol axis allows for very rapid changes in direction. The Veloces enduro has a maximum power of 124 hp at 10,000 rpm and a 102 Nm torque at 7,000 rpm.

This bike is equipped with the latest technology, including four driving modes: Urban, Touring, Off-Road, and Custom All-Terrain. Traffic control offers eight levels of intervention, with five for road use, two for off-road, and one for wetting conditions. Drivers can also adjust the electronic ECU response by the type of tires they use (road or off-road). In addition, there are two levels of engine brake intervention, as well as Cruise Control and Launch Control. The 7-inch HD TFT screen allows Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections, as well as can be customized for graphical brightness and layout.

Initially, reported Visordown, quoted on May 2, this motorbike was valued at 21,800 pounds (around Rp442 million) for the British market. However, the price is considered too high compared to competitors in its larger and more powerful class, such as Ducati Multistrada V4 (20,495 pounds or around Rp415 million) and BMW R 1300 GS Adventure (16,360 pounds). In fact, the price of Enduro Veloce also far exceeds its true competitors in the intermediate venture class, such as Honda CRF1100 African Twin Adventure Sports (17,599 pounds) or around Rp356 million) and Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro (14,495 pounds or around Rp293 million).

After receiving an less enthusiastic response at the launch event, MV Agusta immediately lowered the price of this motorbike. Enduro Veloce's new price is now 20,000 (around Rp. 370 million), although it is still relatively high compared to its competitors. This motorbike will be available at MV official dealer Agusta in England starting next June.
